Planning, preparing and delivering lessons; Assigning, correcting and marking work;

Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment andbehavior of students;
Promoting the general progress and well being of students;
Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters andon their further education and future careers;
Working with other members of the school staff and parents/guardians to ensurethe best interest of students;
Reviewing and evaluating one’s own teaching and learning strategies,methodologies in line with LIA curriculum framework guidelines;Participating in-house training program and contributing to the professional
development program of school;
Maintaining good order and discipline among students under one’s care andsafeguarding their health and safety at all times;
Nurturing a culture where teachers view themselves essentially as facilitators oflearning and reflective practitioners.
