Position: Middle School Teacher (Grades 6-7)
Start Date: August 20, 2026
Location: China
Contract Period: 2026-2027 Academic Year
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Middle School Teacher to instruct Grades 6 and 7. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a passion for guiding early adolescents through their transition into middle school. You will be responsible for delivering rigorous, engaging, and age-appropriate curriculum while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a specific subject area; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Native English speaker.
- Prior teaching experience with middle school students (ages 11-13) in a classroom setting.
- Deep understanding of early adolescent development and proven middle school classroom management skills.
- Ability to design differentiated instruction and project-based learning activities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a comprehensive teaching demonstration.
- Experience in international or bilingual middle schools is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 200,000 to 400,000 RMB per year (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
- Work Schedule: Standard middle school calendar, Monday to Friday, weekends off.
- Visa: Full work visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.
