Job Description
Responsibility:
1.Responsible for order processing with contract execution, Payment clearing and delivery arrangement.
2.Support for avail checking, rebate preparation, tender doc , preparation.
3.License with SSCS and Sales for implementation for supply chain finance.
4.Work with internal Acct logistics and HQ function to arrange delivery of both physical goods and documentations
5.Work closely with channel team and sales planning teams to arrange allocations, rebate checking and providing red invoice treatment as well as VAT invoice performance, DOA follow up etc.
6.Ensure work to be in line with CICR and audit request. Data and documents maintenance.
7.License with dealers and internal depts for bank draft operations, AR DSO improvement.
8.Other projects assigned.
Requirement:
1. Education: bachelor’s degree, major in math or Business is preferred
2. 1-3 years work experience with an international company.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese,
4. A good team player and taking responsibility with great sense of ownership mind.
