Tasks and responsibilities
1.Provide pre-sales technical support for oversea customers，including business consulting、demand analysis、program planning、product demonstration、solution explanation、sales guidance.
2.Connect with customers and provide fire protection system solutions which in line with American standards、 European standards and other overseas fire standards.
Guide customers to analyze needs, select products, determine solutions, and discover customers’ potential needs.
3.Assist the sales department to complete pre-sales support, do technical communication in time to improve customer satisfaction
4.Collect and summarize customer product requirements, pass on to the relevant department and track them landing .
5.Fill, submit, and maintain the project library.
6.Review and sign the customer technical agreement.

Qualifications
1.One year or above experience in pre-sales and after-sales support of engineering projects, adapt to short-term business trips
2.With written and spoken English communication skills, able to communicate with overseas suppliers and customers, to interpret standards 、 products and solutions. And know some Chinese
3.Skilled use of OFFICE, CAD , able to draw system configuration scheme
4.Strong ability to analyze, design and guide customer selection, standardize user needs, and prepare technical specifications and bidding materials
5.Good communication, presentation, PPT presentation and technical solution preparation skills
6.Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good team player, able to work under pressure
