Candidate Requirements
• Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Female candidates preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience OR recognized teaching certification
• Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, teaching license) preferred
• Experience in ESL instruction or relevant curricula preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Benefit Details
Monthly Salary RMB 28,000–35,000 (pre-tax, negotiable based on qualifications)
— Includes Housing allowance of RMB 5,000/month
Paid Holidays Fully paid winter and summer vacations

Festival Bonus Approx. RMB 6,000 annually
