Job Description

Responsibilities:

Such activities include:


  • Management of vendor risk assessment pipeline

  • Support Prescreening Questionnaire and Inherent Risk Questionnaire process for new and existing contracts

  • Help with management of the Third Party Management module in Archer

  • Backing up completed Prescreening Questionnaire and Inherent Risk Questionnaires in the VRGM Share Point website

  • Annual Governance Review process support

  • Vendor Master File (VMF) monthly payment request checking

  • Support members of Asia Procurement team as required


Knowledge / Education:


  • Required

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in procurement, contract management and/or vendor management roles

  • Minimum 3 years of working in Asia region

  • Experience working in international companies

  • Solid knowledge of procurement, vendor management and contract best practices, processes and tools in Asia

  • Solid PC skills

  • Excellent written and spoken command of English
