主要工作目的 Main Purpose of the Job Manage a safe environment, manage the whole workshop operation process from receiving to shipping, manage the equipment and engineering solutions, manage the lean improvement and activities, and lead the team for excellence. 主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility Safety Management Global Standard Cooperate with tkA global safety manager to deploy the group standard to local sites SMM Manage the SMM development for continuous improvement Safety Manage the safety activities and status to ensure a safe work environment with 0 accident Production Management Planning Manage the daily and monthly production plan to ensure an evenly distributed workload Process Manage the production process to ensure efficiency Quality Control Manage the build-in-quality process to ensure 0 production PPM Warehouse Management Rack Capacity Manage the rack layout and capacity to ensure it meets the storage demand in an organized way Warehousing Manage the warehousing process to ensure a smooth flow of the material without "waiting" Storage Manage the storage process to ensure a proper packing and storage of the materials and goods Supermarket Manage the supermarket and KANBAN pulling system to ensure the process efficiency Stock Take Manage the stock take to ensure an efficient monitoring of the stock accuracy
