Job Description

To manage the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements

1) Preparing cost plan, conducting value engineering with project team

2) Project cost estimate in different development stage, tender, risk control, payment management, variation order audit, final account settlement

3) Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document

4) Preparing quantities per drawing

5) Cost analysis, cash flow projection and cost report

requirement
1) Bachelor degree of electrical, HVAC background

2) At least 10 years experience in quantity surveying or relevant project work

3) At least 10 years experience in commercial project

4) Familiar with market price of material and equipment

5) Average English in written and spoken

6) Skilled in MS-Office and AutoCAD

7) Teamwork spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication skill
