Follow up on customer needs, provide product selection, technical solutions, quotations, contract negotiation, and full-process order services.
Responsible for order execution, shipment coordination, acceptance follow-up, and payment collection to ensure a complete sales cycle.
Collect market information, competitor dynamics, and customer feedback, regularly generate market analysis reports, and provide suggestions for sales strategies and product optimization.
Assist the company in participating in exhibitions, technical exchanges, customer training, and other marketing activities.
Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.
