• Registration and management of your personal buyers on an electronic database.
• Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients.
• Handle in bound leads which are provided through various property portals.
• Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both parties.
• Successfully progress sales through solicitor and client liaison to enable an exchange of contracts.
