Job Description
Main job responsibilities of foreign trade salesmen:
1. Make sales plans and targets, and strive to complete sales tasks according to market
conditions and company requirements.
2. Participate in various industry exhibitions, seminars and other activities, display the
company's products, and expand customer resources.
3. Regularly visit potential customers and existing customers, understand customers use
and feedback on products, and timely solve customers problems and complaints.
4. Analyze market trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies to maintain
competitive advantages.
5. Establish and maintain good customer relations, timely respond to customer needs and
problems, and provide quality customer service.
6. Expand customer resources, seek for potential customers through various channels, establish customer files, and conduct customer classified management.
7. Use social media, online platforms and other channels for market promotion to attract
potential customers.
8. Collect market information, industry development trend and competitors, to provide
reference for the companys product research and development and market decision-making. Pay attention to the changes of industry policies and regulations, and timely adjust the sales
strategy.
9. Analyze customer needs and market trends, and make suggestions on product
improvement and innovation to the company.
10. Regularly report the market research results and sales progress, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
11. Assist the logistics department to deal with goods transportation, customs clearance and
other matters.
12. Check the sales accounts with the financial department to ensure the timely return of the
payment.
