Qualification:

1. Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related field.

2. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data (e.g., Microarray, SNP array, RNA-Seq) in academia or industry.

3. Proficient in at least one scripting language and one statistical language (R preferred).

4. Ability to work under Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.

5. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

6. Background in cancer biology is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery.

2. Interpret analysis results using a combination of methods and tools such as pathway and network analysis, text mining and comparative genomics.

3. Participate research projects and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery.

4. Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.
