Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead an efficient and productive team of product development and production to coordinate goods exporting to US, UK and Australian market.
2. Set strategical goal and good execution to explore and collaborate with suppliers to sustain business expansion.
3. Supplier management, negotiation and price management, establish and improve supplier management system and supplier standards.
4. Supplier assessment, promotion, training management, to the company to put forward constructive advice, in order to continuously improve the overall level of suppliers.
5. Lead and manage the team, optimize the shoe department business process, strengthen the internal communication and cooperation, ensure the quality and timeliness of the work.
6. Timely communicating big challenges/themes to higher management and US team.

Key requirements:

1、3 years’ experience or more in supervisory or managerial position with understanding of footwear in foreign company, trading company.
2、Good communication skill in English.
3、Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
4、Good organization and communication and coordination skills.
5、Strong sense of responsibility and work ethics with full integrity , adaptable to new changes and challenges in the business.
