职责描述
- Lead Procurement function integration of Shanghai, Shandong and Taiwan Operations, manage vendor performance and scorecard.
- Maintain and continuously improve the suppliers management system, especially focus on local suppliers, improve the quality of products and ensure the delivery time;
- Cooperate with relative departments (Technical, QM, Manufacturing & Logistics) to improve cost reduction process;
- Set up and achieve department KPIs in alignment with global PD targets and plant overall annual targets as well.
Manage purchasing team and take responsibility to issue and sign PO in alignment with Apex internal control policy; - Coach and lead team to hit the KPI/PD supply chain targets.
- Work with relevant team to achieve supply chain and Plant KPI/PD target.
理想的求职者
- B.A degree or above;
- Minimum 10 years' technical purchasing experience with at least 5 years in supervisory position ;
- Preferable project management or leading experience in purchasing area / supply chain management;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP;
- Honest, high degree of self-motivation and persistent working attitude.
- Well bargain communication capability with suppliers
- Cost analysis capability
- Coach and develop buyer capability
