Job Responsibilities:
1.Teach social studies subjects.
2.Delivers assessment, evaluation and administration of the modules according to Academic
Requirements.
3.Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development as it relates to the teaching-learning
process.
4.Demonstrates knowledge of the American school system.
5.Plans instruction to achieve selected objectives.
6.Effectively implements instructional plans and uses appropriate instructional techniques.
7.Effectively communicates with students.
8.Helps students develop positive self-concepts.
9.Facilitates the independence of the student as learner.
10.Effectively organizes time, space, materials and equipment for instruction.
11.Effectively assesses student needs and progress.
12.Effectively meets the needs of exceptional students.
13.Establishes a positive learning environment.
14.Meets professional responsibilities.
15.Encourages and maintains the cooperative involvement and support of parents and the community.
16.Coaches student activities, participates in school events/activities and actively interact with school/students and parents.
17. Other tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. Demonstrates excellence in teaching the subject area(s) and/or instructional levels targeted.
2. Teaching experiences in (AP) social science subjects (G9-12) is preferred.
3. Evidence of ability to work cooperatively with administrators, teachers and management team.
4. Evidence of organizational ability and willingness to pursue tasks to successful completion.
5. Superior communication skills (oral and written).
6. Native-English speakers with at least a bachelor degree; master degree is preferred.
7. At lest two-year teaching experience is a must;

Benefits:
1. Salary: 28-35k per month, 11 month contract, negotiable.
2. Housing Allowance (RMB 3000/month ) .
3. Reimbursement Airfare 1 round trip within one contract (RMB 10000).

5. Completion bonus: 50% monthly salary, Renewal bonus: 50% month salary.
