Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Coordination
Conduct professional communications with customers regarding software licensing issues.
Address customers’ doubts and inquiries about software compliance.
Assist customers in understanding software licensing requirements and compliance standards.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure proper resolution of compliance - related issues.

Compliance - Driven Sales Promotion
Identify and reach out to potential customers using the software non - compliantly.
Provide customized compliance solutions and licensing packages.
Negotiate licensing terms to reach mutually beneficial cooperation agreements.
Follow up on compliance - related sales cases to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Business Expansion Support
Negotiate licensing terms and compliance requirements with vendors.
Assist in formulating procurement strategies to ensure compliance.
Establish customer compliance records and track compliance statuses.
Support the business team in developing new compliance - related business opportunities.

Requirements
2–3 years of work experience in software licensing or intellectual property - related fields.
Excellent communication, coordination abilities, and sales skills.
Familiarity with procurement processes and negotiation techniques.
Meticulous, responsible, with risk awareness and business acumen.
High proficiency in Cantonese.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Capable of handling sales performance pressure and having a goal - oriented mindset.
