Job Description:

• Interface and liaison with internal customer to understand key operation gaps and issues and plan solutions for improvement. Be able to seek feedback from internal customers and improve the engagement of internal customers for improvement of services and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the students services including cleaning service, indoor plant and outside landscaping service, pest control, logistic support, canteen/catering operation, record retention, school bus service, school event support, etc.
• Cleaning Service Management: Supervises housekeeping service contractor to ensure all rooms will be prepared and Public Area cleanliness.
• Indoor plant and outside landscaping service Management: Plant Care & Disease inspection and treatment; School Pest control management.
• In charge of day to day school bus management, to maintain a safe and high quality bus service for our students.
• Health & Safety: ensure all school activities meet at H&S regulation and led efforts to reduce the safety and health incidents.
• To support Premises Manager, supervise outsourced staff in the performance of their tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
