School Profile:
Located in the dynamic and thriving city of Nantong, our school is situated in a prime area that offers a high standard of living and a rich cultural experience. Our state-of-the-art facilities span 3,600 square meters, housing 15 classrooms for up to 250 children, and are designed to foster a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Implement the curriculum and lead engaging classroom and outdoor activities for children.
• Track and assess the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of students.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and families.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that aligns with our educational goals.
• Support marketing events and participate in teacher training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker with excellent speaking and writing proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in education being a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience or a teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL, PGCE/State Teaching License), with kindergarten experience being preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of 20k to 22k RMB per month.
