Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist GA director to build up good relationship with local and central government agencies to support business operation needs;
  • Research and analyze the related government policy and regulations;
  • Provide administrative support to GA director;
  • Assist the coordination with other functions in the company;
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature;
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings;
  • Prepare presentation materials for board of director meetings.
  • Work with third party agencies to conduct research work or organize events



Requirement:


1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Fast learner, good team player, detail-oriented with clear mind;


3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral & written;


4. Excellent computer skill with Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.;


5. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills;


6. Experience in medical device government affair or executive assistant is preferred;


7. being familiar with government regulation and policy in China is preferred;


8. Travel maybe required
