1. Responsible for the documentation work of the business department to be connected, achieving full chain tracking of business, including approval of business matters, process execution tracking, abnormal feedback, and settlement work;
2. Responsible for the production, circulation, collection, organization, and archiving of business contracts and documents;
3. Responsible for the input and circulation of data in various processes of the trade system, as well as the production of various related reports;
4. Responsible for the handover of various tasks and communication, warning, and coordination with internal and external personnel within the department;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
