English Teacher Recruitment (Ningbo College)
Position Overview
We are seeking a female native English speaker to join our college in Ningbo as a full-time compulsory English teacher, starting August. The role offers stable employment with competitive benefits and a supportive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver compulsory English courses for freshmen and sophomores (18-20 years old)
Design tailored teaching plans based on students’ English proficiency levels
Assess students’ academic performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
Conduct up to 20 teaching hours per week (Monday-Friday), with 40-minute classes and 40-45 students per class
Attend regular staff meetings to align with school educational policies and teaching requirements
Engage actively in campus life and related academic activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, or Canada
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate degree is a plus
Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
Valid English teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
Proficient in developing students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Female candidate, aged 53 or below
Willing to undergo background check and disclose religious beliefs
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: 15,000 RMB (paid directly by the school) plus apartment
Subsidies for winter and summer vacations(3000rmb /month)
