III. Basic Job Responsibilities for Teaching Staff
1. Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students’ coursework, set and mark examinations.
2. Be a paragon of virtue and learning.
3. Supervise students’ research activities.
4. Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials.
5. Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication.
6. Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations.
7. Undertake other work tasks as assigned by the College.

V. Compensation & Benefits
1. Remuneration packages for foreign teachers range from RMB 20000-23000 per month. In addition, an annual traveling allowance will be offered. The specific amounts will be based on the teacher’s personal qualifications.
2. Social benefits and individual income tax shall be levied based on the state laws and regulations. An additional commercial work-related injury insurance and medical insurance will be also provided.
3. The college provide annual physical check, cultural activities, festival allowances and other benefits.
