POSITION
English Lecturer – Oral English & Coaching
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Native-speaker passport holders ONLY: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; PhD holders preferred
• Experience: Previous university teaching highly desirable
WORKLOAD (≤ 20 teaching hours / week)
• 16 hrs – Oral English & subject-related courses
• 4 hrs – Student guidance / judging speech & debate contests
• No office hours beyond the above; weekends free
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Monthly salary (pre-tax): RMB 12,000
• International flight allowance: RMB 6,000 / year (paid on completion)
• Accommodation allowance: RMB 600 / month (find your own flat)
• Paid vacations: Full salary during 3-4 week winter break & 6-8 week summer break
• Insurance: Provided in accordance with Chinese law
• Work visa & residence permit: Fully sponsored and reimbursed
