Experience and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree preferred. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree will be considered if they have substantial teaching experience.
• Prior teaching experience is highly advantageous.
Workload and Contract:
• Teaching Hours: 14-16 class hours per week (45 minutes per class hour)
• Contract Length: One year
• Weekends: Off
Job Responsibilities:
• Engage in full-time teaching, primarily focusing on spoken English lessons.
• Complete other assigned teaching tasks, including answering student questions after class and conducting tutorials.
• Participate in or organize extracurricular activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: 10,000-13,000 RMB (before tax) for bachelor’s degree holders or language teachers.
• Housing: One-bedroom, one-living room suite provided.
• Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 6,000 RMB for round-trip airfare after completing one year of teaching.
• Insurance: Social security, medical insurance, and commercial insurance included.
• Paid Vacation: Paid summer and winter vacations, with an annual holiday allowance of 2,200 RMB.
