Due to the expansion of Dipont Education and an increasing student number, we now invite applications and nominations for IB/AP/A-level Subject Teacher (Maths/ Physics/ Chemistry) for academic year 2016/17.

Responsibilities:
To undertake teaching of the individual’s specialised subject(s), according to the subject specifications, as well as contributing to Centre activities and course development. The subject teacher will act as a personal tutor to groups of students, liaise with parents and undertake further in-service training as appropriate or required by the Centre Principal.

Requirements:
1.Bachelors’ degree or above, candidates with appropriate teaching qualifications are preferred;
2. With related A-level/IB/AP teaching experience, with over 2 years’ related full time teaching experience are preferred;
3. Patient, reliable, responsible, detailed-oriented;
4. Good team player with excellent communication skills;

Compensation and Benefits:
Dipont Education offers an attractive compensation and benefit package based on the candidates’ academic qualifications and work experience. The package includes base annual salary ranging from RMB 180,000-330,000, as well as contract completion bonus of around RMB 20,000/year, flight allowance of around RMB 12,000/year, housing allowance depending on the location, medical insurance, paid winter and summer vacation (at least 9 weeks in total), paid sick leave, , etc.

Dipont Education’s dedicated and efficient administrative team provides full support to our foreign staff throughout the contract terms, from visa application, airport pickup, settling-down, to daily teaching-related administration work, etc.
