The Role:
1.Collect and analyse data through market research including in-house and other data sources;
2.Prepare letters and reports, client presentations and meetings, and proposals;
3.Summarize and form conclusions based on analysis, and presenting results internally and with clients;
4.Develop technical knowledge surrounding rewards, talent and performance management.

Requirements:
1. Progress towards a Bachelors or Master’s degree in economics, human resources, psychology, management, finance, mathematics, statistics, social science or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and a strong academic record;
2. A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems;
3.Analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way;
4.Conceptual; ability to go beyond the details and see the big picture;
5.Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success;

9.Well developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
10.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
