The team is working in a Scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing products as part of SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) offerings. We are looking for User Assistance Developer Associate with tangible technical skills and comprehensive business domain knowledge. You will work with Global Experts and local talents for innovation ideas to renew our solution on Cloud/On Premise.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Work as a User Assistance developer in an agile development team per Scrum/Lean methodology

• Work as one member of the scrum team, closely with product owners, peer colleagues, and software tester to deliver industry-leading solutions with a focus on delivering solution knowledge related elements, such as various kinds of information on the user interface of the application, help documentation, user manual, release notes, etc.
• Proactive and effective communication with the development team to have full comprehension of the solution and its building blocks, as the base of the knowledge management effort.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills to produce high quality user facing solution elements.
• Understanding of writing technical documentation.
• Continuously improve the development efficiency
• Deliver on time with high quality
• Fluent English communication skill to collaborate with global teams for product development

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required

• University degree in English language or related major.
• 0-2 years working experience
• Knowledge or understanding of software development is a plus
• Visual design experience to create attractive illustrations for customer documentation (e.g. PPTs) will be a plus.
