Our client, a PRC Financial Institute in Hong Kong is urgently looking for a Settlement Manager / Settlement Officer to join their Brokerage Division.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of daily settlement activities (Hong Kong and Overseas Stock and Futures, Bonds, Options, Derivative)

Monitor the settlements includes CCASS, DCASS, OTC and Global Equities to ensure the compliance of internal operational procedures and relevant jurisdiction

Perform reconciliations between front office and back office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness

Communicate with internal and external parties effectively

Requirements:
Degree holders preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in the brokerage industry, Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Officer;

Hands on experience in the operation of CCASS and DCASS

Familiar with International matching and clearing platforms such as Euroclear/Clearstream, CMU and Omgeo is preferred

Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number

Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

A good team player with good communication skill
