Responsibilities :

• Ensure a safe environment through diligent awareness of surroundings while communicating all important information to team members
• Use critical thinking skills, always putting safety first when responding to or assisting with situations
• Practice common sense decision making in assisting with medical aid runs, Guest and Cast conflict situations, and other emergency response needs
• Provide excellent conflict resolution skills while balancing the importance of providing great Guest service
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in written form through report writing

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

• Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
• Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
• Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
• Assist logistics and stocking
• Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
• Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

Basic Qualifications :

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in written form through report writing
• Certifications: must hold a Shang Gang Zhen, Security Career Certificate a plus
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to lift 25-50 pounds
• Able to work inside and outside in sunlight and during inclement weather
• Hours may be on any shift (day/swing/graveyard) depending on hiring needs

Work Location:

You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
