What you will Learn from this program

- Technology, knowledge, skill and competency required by different functional engineer positions, and based on your career interest & personal strengths such as:
o Implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.
o Maintain and monitor updated schedules for the projects at all time.
o Prepare the documents and drawings for the projects.
o Monitor and control the project cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.
o Achieve customer satisfaction in the project implementation.
o Assist to analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex digital, analog, and hybrid control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.
o Assist, as part of an engineering team, in engineering assignments involving technologies out of common expertise.
o Direct efforts of customer personal engaged in: installation of control system, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification/repair with the necessary support from higher level engineers.
o Log customer's phone calls in database and track for the call closing.
o Develop and maintain good customer relations.
o Work with the sales engineers to generate product quotes and conduct technical evaluations.
o Confirm order with customer and order entry.
o Responsible for the monthly quotation log, contract log and necessary sales administration reports.
