Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Administration

    • Create and maintain Filing System, equipment inventory, training materials, books and training videos.
    • Maintaining inventory recording, monitoring equipment, training materials borrowing system.


    Courses Administration

    • Responsible for course enrollment, course confirmation and related administrations.

    2. Set up training room, necessary equipment according to the need of each individual course.

    • Prepare Materials – typing, photocopy, binding, name badges and other relevant materials for exercises and games.
    • Compile Course Evaluation Report.
    • Follow up on the areas for improvement according to the Evaluation Report
    • Keeping & updating training records in a monthly basis.


    Shop Visit

    To visit retail shops on regular basis so to:

    1. Have a better understanding on the job, workload and challenges of shop staff.

    2. Understand the training needs of shop staff.

    3. Follow up and reinforce knowledge & skills taught during the class.

    4. Promote relationship with frontline team-members.


    Course Conducting

    To conduct the following courses independently

    • Company Induction Program + Basic Product Knowledge
    • Effective Selling Skills
    • Customer Service


    Programs and Reports


  • Work closely with Training Manager in launching training programs

    • Customer Service
    • Product knowledge competition
    • Best Shop and Best SIC competition


  • Work closely with Training manager in carrying out internal Mystery Shopper Program

    • Training shoppers
    • Compile monthly reports



    Others

    1. Be proactive towards training related issues and information

    2. Participate in other Training / Retail activities
