Pöyry China is seeking to recruit General Manager Assistant.

General Manager’s Assistant is a key role who will mainly work closely with general manager and make sure to complete the assignments as well as policy execution.

Based in Jinan, works as a part of highly motivated professional and is responsible for daily delegation directly from the General Manager.

The position also requires to be act quickly and result-oriented, as well as proficient English communication, plus experience in International company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to General Manager in daily routine works.
  • Assist general manager with business negotiation, able to conduct and deliver presentation independently.
  • Assist General Manager and participate in the supervision and control of the business operation plan implementation.
  • Assist General Manager in developing key account clients.
  • Participate in planning and preparation activities associated with meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Provide direct assistance in the completion of projects, presentations and reports.
  • Other tasks arranged by General Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master degree, no special requirements for major.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, capable to write reports and memo in English;
  • Proactive attitude to the work and responsibility
  • Open mind and willing to learn and improvement
  • Skilled in usage of SW like MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Planning /Organising/ Follow-up / capability
