Mission and Purpose

China is the largest national market for Audi worldwide, representing about one third of global deliveries. The task of the Corporate Planning & Strategy department is to develop long-term strategies to secure and extend the strong market position of Audi in China – in line with the global target of AUDI AG to become the No.1 premium brand worldwide.

C/EP as a central cross-functional department within the Audi China R&D has the task to:

• steer the process of getting decisions for china-specific customer functions,
• to scout and to setup necessary cooperation (focus Chinese Tech-companies)
• to develop the strategic foundation for the future development of the Audi R&D department in the Region China (Audi China 2.0 – In China for China).

Job Duties:

• Before setup
• Support the team of C/EP-I in the process of scouting of potential technology partners for Audi China R&D according to defined strategic technology fields
• Support the process of cooperation establishment by setting up required meetings, track project process and establish constructive and result-driven relationships
• Support the project team with necessary research work in order to get decisions from the respective boards
• Support the lead up to cooperation contract signing and company setup

• 
  After setup
• Liaise with all stakeholders and concerning parties in the course of project development
• Support in tracking of project delivery according to the project milestone, timeline and budget
• Organizing high-level meetings for negotiations with external partners and alignment with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor or above
• Major in engineering, IT, finance or related

Professional skills:

• 2-5 years working experience in automotive, tech-company, consulting, venture capital or related area
• Experience in fields of tech-industry or corporate strategy is highly preferred
• Experience in corporate strategy with strong strategic foresight and strong ability of overall planning
• Excellent communication skill and experience in Chinese company environment , tech is preferred
• Prove records in dealing with multi-tasks also multi-alignment/coordination
• Experience in intercultural team management
• Moderation and facilitation
• Can-do behavior, self-motivation, work under pressure
