4. Coordinate with the planning department if any production deviation.

5.Optimize, maintain and improve a clean and organized Production and Warehouse, according to Lean and 5S philosophy.

6. In corporation with the related managers develop and optimize systems and useful KPI’s.

7. Maintain a very positive team atmosphere with all colleges.

8.Ensure RMG Steel’s, procedures and instructions are followed and enforced.

9. Ensure RMG Steel’s quality management systems are followed.

10. Develop constantly the organization to adapt to RMG Steel’s strategy and business situation.

Work Experiences:

1. Skilled craftsman within the industrial industry (blacksmith, machine worker etc.).

2.Production Manager, Production Planner, Production Engineer, Welding Engineer or Machine Engineer etc. with subordinate’s management experiences.

Qualifications:

1.College or above degree, preferable as Global Management and Manufacture Engineer, Production Engineer, Production Technology Graduate or Mechanical Technician.

2.High English level, both verbal and written.

3.Experience with ERP systems, SAP Business One.

4.Knowledge with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Systems, Six Sigma, Lean and 5S.

For a newly created position, RMG Steel is looking for a Manufacturing Manager.

The Manufacturing Manager will have the overall responsibility for the daily operation that includes three production departments, and one internal warehouse and logistic department.

The position demands a systematic, dedicated and flexible individual. Who always strive to take the lead to support and coach his/hers employees.

The individual should be practically oriented with a “hands on” approach, and take great pride in complying with deadlines without compromising the quality.

The Manufacturing Manager will have the responsibility to ensure the quality specified by RMG Steel’s customers, and deliveries according to the internal production plan.

At the same time the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for improving performance, productivity and efficiency by implementing modern methods to optimize the four department’s processes.

The Manufacturing Manager will in close cooperation with related managers and departments, be an important part in further development of systems, hereunder the SAP Business ONE.
