Job Description

• Solve kinds of software/hardware, network problems to provide support internally.
• Provide technical support with computer, network devices and other hardware devices, such installation, configuration and upgrade.
• Be responsible for IT system’s application, maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT devices and provide routine operation support.
• Ensure the stability & availability of office IT application platforms , including firewall, router, switch, and Active Directory, group policy management etc.
• Assist to other assigned works.

• 解决内部员工在工作中遇到的各种软/硬件、网络等问题，快速排除故障；
• 提供计算机、网络设施和其他硬件设施技术支持，如打印机、扫描仪等的安装、配置和升级；
• 负责桌面系统应用维护及支持；
• 负责IT设备的维护管理；
• 负责办公室IT环境的正常运行和信息安全，包括防火墙，路由器，交换机以及防病毒，数据备份，Active Directory以及策略管理等等；
• 视需要执行其他工作。

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• More than 2 year working experience in IT supporting;
• Familiar with Windows;
• Good problem-solving skills related to hardware, software, mail, network and office devices.
• Familiar with computer security, capable of solving common secure problems encountered in Windows OS.
• Customer-orientated, initiative and team work spirit
• Good communication skills in Chinese;

• 本科及以上学历；
• 有2年以上IT桌面支持经验；
• 熟悉windows系统环境；
• 具有良好的计算机系统硬件、软件、电子邮件、网络及日常办公设备的问题解决能力；
• 对计算机安全有一定了解，能够解决windows环境下遇到的常见安全问题；
• 乐于从事技术服务工作，具备良好的主动服务意识、团队意识和专业素质；
• 具有良好的口头、书面沟通能力；
