What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and tidy operation of the office
  • Maintain office files and office equipment
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of office policies and procedures
  • Provide receptionist services
  • Prepare and host client meetings Support whole team
  • Work as an operator to answer and transfer incoming calls;
  • Fax receiving, paper printing, sending and receiving the emails, newspapers and files;
  • Arranging and coordinating the meeting schedule, booking the hotel and train tickets;


Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in Administration or related as plus
  • Cheerful, Well-organized, Multi-tasking, Problem-solving, responsible AND detail-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese;
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • True team player who values and believes in effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Work with a SMILE
