Wuhan College of Media and Communications (originates from Wuhan Media and Communications College of Huazhong Normal University) was established in the approval of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in June, 2004. It is the unique media-based college in south central China.

• The ideal candidate will work in Design Department as a full-time lecturer in our college to teach undergraduate courses related to Digital Media Arts.
  
• On-board time will be in Aug. or Sept. 2018 at the beginning of next semester; or, in Feb. or Mar. 2019.
  
• Choose a (or write your own if you prefer) textbook for the new semester’s courses
  
• Write course syllabus and implement it accordingly
  
• Attend the department’s teaching meetings and seminars
  
• Continuously improve students performance by optimizing the way of teaching
  
• Create a lively classroom atmosphere, issue and explain assignments to students aged from 18 to 22 years old
  
• Teach courses in English(or Mandarin)
  
• Answer students questions with patience and inspire their interests and creations
  
• Teaching load & Schedule
  
• 45 minutes/class, 16 classes at most/week
  
• No office hours required
  

Requirements

• Majored in related discipline
  
• Bachelor’s degree or above from credited universities abroad
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Teaching experience is a strong plus
  
• Conversational Mandarin preferred
  
• Designing experience in companies preferred
  
• Meets Z visa requirement for full-time contract
