职责描述
- Assume responsibility for improving process efficiency and implementing cost controls/programs within the organization.
- Ensure that proper processes are in place for the accurate forecasting of sales, costs, working capital, fixed capital investments and return on investment.
- Work closely with business leaders to provide needed financial counsel and support for decision making, and in-depth financial and operational analysis to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement
- Co-ordinate with China HQ management to align on strategy, target and performance measurement
