職務說明

• Plan, develop and implement business strategies for Brand Partnership and grow the business.
• Drive and proactively seek and acquisition of brand partnership opportunities.
• Plan and manage pitch meetings with brands and agencies.
• Drive to achieve annual revenue target and manage budget and ROI
• Develop proposals to meet client's objectives and ensure satisfaction between both parties
• Define value and benefits to artists when establishing brand partnership.
• Create new relationships with brand partners and promote collaboration & maintain long term sustainable partnership.
• Work across multiple departments to align priorities and maximize efficiency, especially the roster of the artists.
• Evaluate and negotiate the commercial or deal terms. Follow up the contract negotiation and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Artist Management team to follow through the execution
