職務說明
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies for Brand Partnership and grow the business.
- Drive and proactively seek and acquisition of brand partnership opportunities.
- Plan and manage pitch meetings with brands and agencies.
- Drive to achieve annual revenue target and manage budget and ROI
- Develop proposals to meet client's objectives and ensure satisfaction between both parties
- Define value and benefits to artists when establishing brand partnership.
- Create new relationships with brand partners and promote collaboration & maintain long term sustainable partnership.
- Work across multiple departments to align priorities and maximize efficiency, especially the roster of the artists.
- Evaluate and negotiate the commercial or deal terms. Follow up the contract negotiation and ensure compliance.
- Partner with Artist Management team to follow through the execution
