Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Promotes the implementation of the Policies and Procedures in operating the Hotel F&B - Entertainment and Events Department. - Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Director of Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. - Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. - Assists Director of F&B guiding all service and catering assigned to team in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. - Develops and monitors the F&B operation to maximize guest satisfaction and to ensure the effectiveness of the service delivery.

Job Requirements

- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline. - At least 2-3 years of experience in the same position. - Hotel Entertainment and Events and nightclub backgrounds are essential. - Standards focused with ability to implement, monitor and develop forward. - Leadership and management skills are essential. - Experience in International, 5 Star Hotel is an advantage. - Passionate, flexible, initiative with strong desire to achieve.
