Job Description

Descriptions:

1. Arrange daily work and schedule for GM and prepare for relevant documents.

2. Manage and make a record for relevant procedure.

3. In time transit GM’s to-do list for each department.

4. Responsible for the general manager's office services.

5. Charge in the other work that GM explain.

6. Relevant activities received and arranged by the company.

7. Preferred if learn about home and aboard tea

Qualifications:

1. Above Bachelor degree

2. Cheerful personality, good image, honesty, responsibility, hard-working and withstand some pressure.

3. React quickly, Condition clearly, strong writing skills and quickly grasp the company related business.

4. Rigorous work and strong time concept.

5. Be familiar with various office software.
