Operations provides support for all of Deutsche Bank’s businesses to enable them to deliver transactions and processes to clients. Position Overview

Position Description

Key Coverage:

  • Perform key checker roles for daily NAV processing
  • Computation and reconciliation of NAV, checking income accruals, NAV movement, etc
  • Reviewing Bank and Holding reconciliations and resolving breaks, if any
  • Processing and verification of all trades for the day processed in the system
  • Valuation / pricing of securities
  • Coordination with client for trades.
  • Monitoring the email instructions for trades and other instructions including Custody instructions.
  • Computation of Income equalisation and distributable surplus
  • Computation and Dissemination NAV to the Press, Registrar, etc.
  • Trial Balance Scrutiny
  • Audit co-ordination and finalization of accounts

Experience/ Exposure

At least 5-8 years experiences dedicated in fund services operations

  • Knowledge of Mutual Fund Accounting and operations
  • Understanding of capital / Financial / derivative market
  • Understanding of various valuation tools and methodology
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Ability to work independently.

Education/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related
  • Business writing and speaking in English
  • Trust License
