Job Purpose: Responsible for compiling, analysing, reporting financial data and ensure financial information is recorded accurately and timely

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and the correspondence management reports.
• Performing balance sheet and income statement review, analysing the data and explaining the fluctuations of the movements and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with share service departments and assessing the monthly allocation percentage.
• Prepare and submit quarterly and yearly reports which required by DSEC and DICJ.
• Review all records of fixed assets and tracking the accounting records for addition, depreciation and disposal.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years experience in Accounting or Fixed Asset field
• Education: Bachelor degree holder preferred
• Knowledge/Certificates: Accounting certificates an advantage
• Language Ability: Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Chinese and English) and accounting software applications
