職務說明

• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the E-Commerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test E-Commerce initiatives

• Planning and implementing long-term strategic plans to increase customer's loyalty and market share from providing clear direction, setting budgets and following up goals.

• Increasing the growth of revenue online

• Maximise any opportunities through the all effective media and online/offline campaign to make sales growth.

• Establishing, leading and monitoring team performance in order to achieve sales and profit targets

理想的應徵者

• 8+ years experienced in managing online business in the organization.

• Detailed understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes including clear understanding of website.

• Experience in 3C, IT, Accessory, Mobile phone category is preferred.

• Strong strategy thinking and can lead the group strategy especially in online business.

• Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships
