Description :

The role of the HR Assistant is to support the HR Director and HR Supervisor in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the group's human resources policies and procedures.


  • Assist HR Director's daily administration needs, including agenda arrangement, expense reimbursement, meeting and activity organization etc.
  • Assist HR Supervisors on recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and inteview arrangement;
  • Assist HR Supervisors to follow up onboard and services for new employees;
  • Assist HR Supervisor to update datebase for employees;
  • Finish the other assignment;


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in English or Human resource or Industry & Business Administration etc.
  • International mind set
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent oral and written English
