Job Description:
- To perform administration and technical support for Access network (OLT / DSLAM / VDSL)
- To conduct software upgrade and network expansion for Access network (OLT / DSLAM /
VDSL)
- To understand the operation of Internet access network and perform access network
equipment changeover from different platform
- To perform CPE testing to ensure CPE in good condition to be deployed in CTM’s
Internet network
- To work with field support team handling customer complaints and fault analysis
- To provide emergency call-out and non-office hour support
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Computer Science / Information System or related discipline
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
- 3 years or above experience in IT networking
- Knowledge in Windows OS, MS Office and Unix/Linux OS
- Basic knowledge on the access network, OLT / DLSAM / VDSL operation
- Basic knowledge in networking of TCP / IP LAN & WAN
