• According to the process, maintain the database of project every day to ensure PM could get the correct data for decision.

• According to the database of project, be able to monitoring the cost system, and inform PM if the cost is approaching to red line.

• According to the deviation sheet or open issue lists, collect the information, and be able to classify the issue under guidance of TL.

• According to the open issue, follow up activities defined by project manager
