My client is a Europe base Company who provide an online Marketplace for over 150 countries customers. They specialise in first hand and second hand tickets selling including Sports, Entertainment, Exhibition and all kind of events. They are also the official ticket marketplace for the various music festivals over the world.

About Business Development:

• Acquisition of new suppliers through all channel from networking, relationship development.
• Chasing leads from social media and indirect competitor platform.
• Alliance with any possible partner and get more supplier.

About Account Relationship Management:

• Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts (suppliers).
• Provide consultative solution for suppliers to explain and answer questions on service proposition and policies.
• Communicate across the business to improve service provided to suppliers and resolve account related issues.

Enhance Local event market knowledge and operation

• Become market expert on the Chinese, especially Taiwan, live events landscape, event popularity and event day experience
• Assist and support with event day operations. Event day sales and supply fulfilment

If you are:

• At least two years commercial experience in a client facing sales roles
• Strong interpersonal skills can handle conflict, high pressure, short timeline….
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a young and growth company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native speaker of Mandarin, business fluency in English, Taiwanese speaker is a plus.
