Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the e-Commerce, retail technology
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional experience with Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Amazon is now reinventing on behalf of the business customer and focused on building the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world, and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Onboarding Consultant who can facilitate the international expansion of CN based Sellers. Amazon Business is Amazon’s response to tackle this incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base. We are focused on building solutions that enables the B2B customer to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. As an organization, Amazon Business is highly influential by coordinating across sales organizations globally, Product teams, and Category teams.

As a B2B Seller Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible to help equip Sellers to identify the business opportunity, review their product listings, create advertising campaigns, and help them adopt high value actions on their account to influence their success on the Amazon marketplace. You will work with a wide range of businesses to eliminate blockers to Sellers’ success while driving greater commitment and results. Your success will be measured by the number of new Sellers you onboard and retain on Amazon products.

In addition to your responsibility for onboarding a book of Sellers, you will also support high value projects to help expand our global outreach. Additional projects include working closely with other Amazon product teams, category managers, and all other internal stakeholders in order to provide support in scaling our Global Selling outreach and bringing unique selection to all Amazon marketplaces.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide Onboarding support along with setting up listings for new and existing Sellers
  • Provide feature optimization support for new and existing Sellers
  • Respond promptly & accurately to Sellers and help them resolve issues with regards to their listings
  • Identify common blockers faced by new and existing Sellers and provide feedback to internal teams to improve Seller experience
  • Drive onboarding efficiencies by identifying ways to improve the Seller experience - via automation, simplification or other types of scaling mechanisms
  • Identify patterns in Seller and customer data and behaviors, provide analysis to influence internal business decisions, and help develop engagement programs based on that analysis
  • Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all Sellers within a specified SLA
  • Drive results in a cross functional environment
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Contribute to definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes
  • Support internal partners in driving change, removing roadblocks and increasing participation by Sellers with respect to the Amazon Global Selling business
  • Dive deep on customer-level issues and delivers recommendations
  • Build reports for external and internal partners
  • Support high value projects that expand Global Selling outreach

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
  • Experience with international trade and/or logistics
  • Global business expansion experience, including leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts
  • Success managing dynamic account portfolios
  • Program management experience
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, remote groups, and all levels of employees
  • SQL skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
