Responsibilities:
Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely
Manage Social Media campaigns and day-to-day executions, including:
Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
Oversee design, style, and persona of content in adherence to company guidelines.
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
Liaise with Insights and Analytics teams to analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Basic requirements:
Be sensitive to digital market place trends
Quick learner and be quick response to market needs
Logical thinking and responsible for results
Above 5 years social platform operation experience

Business requirements:
Be familiar with online media and media platform
overall project management skills
Leading agency skills
Good communication skills with colleagues
